With > 10.000 coaching hours, she is the Indonesian CEO Coach that has coached hundreds of corporate CEO and executives, as well as business owners and investors. She is also a business and organizational neuroscientist who is dedicated in conducting evidence-based research studies in brain and behavior.

She is the forefront of Applied Neuroscience in Business and Organization in Asia-Pacific. She coined the terms ‘Brain-Focused Coaching’ and developed the 1st brain-focused coaching framework: CARE Model that has been empirically-tested with modern neuroscience technology. She also pioneered the discovery and application of ‘Neurometric’ - an evidence-based measurement of people and organization performance using neuro-dynamic analytics and machine learning.
