1. Definitions & Legal Identity

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• “Vanaya Strategic” refers to the organizational consulting and executive development practice.

• Vanaya Strategic is operated by PT Vanaya Cendekia International, a company duly established and governed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
   

All services, programs, and digital interactions conducted by Vanaya Strategic are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection

• Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as amended

• Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on Electronic Systems and Transactions

• Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright

• Relevant provisions of Indonesian contract law (Civil Code)
   

2. Scope of Services

Vanaya Strategic provides professional, knowledge-based services, including but not limited to:

• Organizational and leadership consulting

• Executive education and professional development programs

• Coaching, mentoring, and advisory engagements

• Cohort-based courses, workshops, and certification pathways
   

The scope, format, duration, and deliverables of each program are defined in official program pages, syllabi, proposals, or written agreements.

3. Nature of Engagement
 

All services provided by Vanaya Strategic are:

• Developmental, advisory, and capacity-building in nature

• Non-transactional and non-product-based

• Not intended to guarantee specific business, career, or organizational outcomes
   

Decisions taken by participants or client organizations based on program content remain their sole responsibility.
 

4. Registration, Electronic Consent & User Obligations

By registering for any program or submitting information through this website, users acknowledge that electronic consent constitutes valid and legally binding consent under Indonesian law.

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring eligibility for a program

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
   

Vanaya Strategic reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation in cases of ethical misconduct, misrepresentation, or behavior that disrupts professional learning or psychological safety.
 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All program materials, including but not limited to methodologies, frameworks, tools, slides, recordings, and documents, are the intellectual property of Vanaya Strategic or its official partners and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
 

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, or using program content for third-party training, consulting, or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
 

6. Fees, Payment & Access

Program fees are disclosed transparently through official channels. Access to programs is granted only after payment has been received and verified. Vanaya Strategic reserves the right to withhold or revoke access in the event of non-payment.
 

7. Program Changes

Vanaya Strategic may reasonably adjust schedules, facilitators, or delivery formats while maintaining the intended learning objectives and professional quality.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Vanaya Strategic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs or reliance on program content.
 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
