1. Legal & Industry Basis

This Refund Policy is formulated in accordance with:

  • Indonesian contract law principles

  • Applicable consumer protection regulations (where relevant)

  • Best practices in organizational consulting and executive education
     

All administrative handling of refund-related data is conducted in compliance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
 

2. Non-Refundable Nature of Programs

Due to the professional, cohort-based, and resource-allocated nature of Vanaya Strategic programs, all fees are non-refundable by default, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Programs that have commenced

  • Participant non-attendance or withdrawal

  • Executive, professional, certification, or cohort-based programs

  • Digital materials or content that have already been accessed
     

3. Pre-Program Cancellation (Goodwill Basis)

As a professional courtesy (not a legal obligation):

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before program start may be eligible for rescheduling or credit note

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before program start is not eligible for refund or credit
     

4. Cancellation by Vanaya Strategic

If a program is fully cancelled by Vanaya Strategic, participants may choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling to a future program at no additional cost
     

5. Refund Requests & Final Decision

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

All decisions by Vanaya Strategic are final and binding.
