Jakarta, December 3, 2025 – Vanaya & Companies has been honored by the National Institute of Public Administration (Lembaga Administrasi Negara – LAN) with the Collaborative Partnership Award during the National Future Learning Forum (NFLF) 2025, held at the Birawa Assembly Hall, Hotel Bidakara Jakarta. The award recognizes Vanaya’s strategic contribution in supporting public sector learning transformation and its active role in co-building a national coaching ecosystem for civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara – ASN).
Organized annually by LAN, the NFLF serves as a national platform to accelerate Indonesia’s bureaucratic and learning transformation. It is designed to facilitate cross-sector collaboration, share best practices, and showcase innovations that elevate the capability, agility, and future-readiness of ASN. The prestigious event brought together approximately 400 leaders and key stakeholders of Indonesia’s future learning ecosystem—from the heads of ministries and local governments, senior officials, national HR communities, government and private training institutions, to LAN’s strategic partners.
A Milestone in Advancing Public Sector Transformation
This recognition from LAN underscores the ongoing outcomes of Vanaya’s partnership announced earlier this year — a collaboration focused on integrating evidence-based coaching, neurometric assessments, and AI-driven leadership development into the national ASN capacity-building framework.
Dr. Muhammad Taufiq, DEA, Head of the National Institute of Public Administration (LAN), explained that Vanaya was selected as a strategic partner due to its unique ability to integrate advanced neuroscience methodologies with practical coaching frameworks, offering a differentiated approach to competency development for the ASN.
“Vanaya Indonesia contributes something truly distinct in strengthening leadership and competency development through its application of neuroscience-based coaching. This advanced approach enables a deeper transformation of ASN capabilities — both today and in the future. Beyond individual skill improvement, these coaching techniques help cultivate a new bureaucratic culture that is more actively focused on human potential, encouraging civil servants to unlock greater levels of creativity, initiative, and innovation.”
Responding to the award, Lyra Puspa, President of Vanaya & Companies, expressed appreciation for the trust placed in the organization:
“We are grateful for this acknowledgement from LAN. This award reflects our shared commitment to cultivating resilient, reflective, and future-ready leaders across Indonesia’s public sector. Together with LAN, we will continue enabling civil servants to navigate transformation with integrity, empathy, and strategic foresight.”
A Commitment to Indonesia’s Future
Vanaya & Companies views this award not as a culmination, but as a catalyst to further expand systemic leadership development throughout government institutions. Through continuous collaboration and innovation, Vanaya remains committed to empowering the nation’s leaders to navigate complexity and deliver public services that uplift society.
This milestone strengthens a unified vision: a capable, agile, and future-oriented ASN that contributes meaningfully to Indonesia’s progress and public excellence.
