You will be responsible for:

1. Managing clients & key accounts

2. Conducting new market penetration

3. Creating proposals & winning the bidding process

4. Organizing promotion activities

5. Conducting customer & market research

Qualification:

1. Male/Female

2. Min, Bachelor Degree in all majors

3. Min 2-3 year working experience in sales/ business development/ marketing communication/ account management

4. Has experience working as an insurance sales representative/agent.

5. Enthusiastic to create a strong relationship with clients and prospects

6. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and fluent business presentation in Bahasa and English.

7. Goal-oriented, cheerful, and possesses positive energy.

8. Willing to be assigned for product internship for 2-3 months

9. Have a personal vehicle & SIM C, preferable have SIM A
