We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist who is creative, analytical, and proactive to strengthen our communication strategy. This role will focus on creating impactful content, managing digital channels, and building the brand positioning of Vanaya & Co. as the pioneer in Neuroscience Coaching.
Responsibilities
Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and brand visibility.
Manage digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Build and manage data-driven marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate neuroscience & coaching insights in an engaging way.
Manage and update the company website.
Organize branding-related events (Booths, Seminars, Workshops, Partnerships, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biology, Psychology, Communication, or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication / Digital Marketing.
Proficient in content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
Familiar with digital marketing and design/video editing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
Strong storytelling and content writing skills.
Experience in managing social media accounts for B2B audiences.
Interest in neuroscience, coaching, people development, and organizational transformation.
Creative, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
