About the event
In collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Coachnesia proudly presents a meaningful initiative to support the nation’s frontline social workforce. This initiative provides a unique opportunity for professional coaches to contribute through purposeful, one-on-one coaching sessions designed to uplift and empower public service personnel.
This edition of the Coachnesia Movement focuses on members of Data Administration (APD Pusat) and Family Hope Program (PKH) units within the Ministry—individuals who are deeply committed to serving vulnerable communities across Indonesia.
Through a single yet impactful coaching session, coaches will help participants gain greater clarity, strengthen personal commitment, and enhance their confidence in navigating the challenges of public service.
