Chairman of ITDRI
Jemy Vestius Confindo, Chairman of ITDRI, believes that human civilization has been driven by technology throughout history. However, he argues that humans should lead the way and be at the forefront of technological advancements. Understanding individual profiles and effective preparation are crucial for envisioning the future and achieving desired changes. By adopting a "future-back" approach, we can shape technology to align with our goals and aspirations.
Principal Expert of ITDRI
Agus Riyanto, the Principal Expert of ITDRI, suggests "When developing digital talent, there are limitations in terms of time and effort. To enhance the effectiveness of the digital transformation process, it is important to find an alternative that can assist in identifying the "hot button" or strengths, opportunities for development, and performance boosters." According to Agus, they believe that Vanaya's Neurometric can be valuable in measuring these aspects, as it has been academically proven.
NEUROMETRIC® is organizational neurodynamic modeling to reveal the brain profile of individuals or organizations in order to discover the organizational brain gap and decide which specific brain functions or systems are needed to optimize or alter in relation to achieving organizational goals developed by Vanaya Indonesia.
