Fafa has a diverse professional background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Telkom University. Throughout her career, she has held various positions, including a Personal Banking Officer at Bank Danamon Indonesia from 2012 to 2013, a Financial Specialist at Manulife Indonesia from 2013 to 2014, and a CRM at Vanaya Institute from 2014 to 2017. Her experience spans across the professional training industry, as well as the banking and insurance sectors. Fafa possesses strong skills in negotiation, analytical thinking, sales, and management.
Since joining Vanaya Indonesia in 2019, Fafa has taken on the role of an Account Manager. Her responsibilities include relationship management, sales, and account management.
