With over 20 years of experience in various fields and industries, Diyan has been actively involved in the workforce. He has worked in sectors such as retail, NGOs, government, and consulting, taking on diverse roles ranging from operations to sales and marketing.
During his 5-year tenure at Vanaya, starting from late 2017, Diyan has successfully closed deals and handled numerous projects across different locations in Indonesia, offering a wide range of programs and services. At Vanaya, Diyan has faced various challenges while holding different positions. As the Head of Project Operations, he took a hands-on approach in leading projects from start to finish, encompassing planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. He also excelled as a proficient host, ensuring the successful execution of various program initiatives.
Drawing from his previous experiences, Diyan's role transitioned to Head of Account Management in 2021. His wealth of knowledge enables him to effectively address clients' needs, transforming them into solution-oriented programs that Vanaya can support.
