[Jakarta, Indonesia] In December 2022, Vanaya Indonesia took part in The Indonesia HR Summit 2022, a prestigious annual event for executives and HR specialists in Indonesia and the ASEAN region. The purpose was to provide valuable insights into the future of work and how HR specialists can equip themselves for upcoming changes using Neurometric and Coaching techniques.
Lyra Puspa, Ph.D., the founder of Vanaya Indonesia, emphasized that the skills possessed by the workforce may not remain relevant in the future. She posed three key questions that organizations need to address: How can we attract the right talents and ensure they are placed appropriately? Do they align with the organizational culture? And can they adapt to any changes the company may undergo?
As companies become obsolete at a faster rate, the skills of the workforce are also likely to become outdated quickly. When it comes to job suitability, competencies may not be the primary consideration anymore. -Lyra Puspa, Ph.D., Founder of Vanaya Indonesia
When it comes to managing people, various factors such as behavior, competency, culture, decision making, and leadership play crucial roles, and they are all influenced by the brain. To address these issues, Vanaya Indonesia developed a neurodynamic modeling approach called Neurometrics®, which maps the brain signatures of potential talents or leaders. This helps identify any gaps within the organizational brain and determines which specific brain systems need to be optimized or adjusted to achieve organizational goals. The transformation is then measured before and after intervention using Neurometrics®.
Coaching is the intervention method employed by Vanaya Indonesia to stimulate the desired transformation. One of the solutions offered by the company is Coaching Style Leadership, which enables leaders to adopt a coaching-style approach in their work. Another solution is The Art and Science of Coaching, a program that provides comprehensive coaching training. Notably, this program is the first and only coaching program in Indonesia to have received ICF Level 1 & 2 accreditation.
If you're interested in advancing your HR career, you can join Vanaya Indonesia and Erickson Coaching International's global coach network, which spans across 85 countries and comprises over 40,000 coaches from diverse backgrounds and specialties.
