The Art & Science of Coaching Level 2 Mentor Bundle Program for ECPC and PCC

This program designed to support you obtain the ECPC (Erickson Certified Professional Coach) credential from Erickson Coaching International and prepare you for PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from ICF with an intensive 1on1 coaching mentoring for EPC graduates of The Art & Science of Coaching.

The program includes in-depth learning of coaching principles, strong communication techniques, and proven successful coaching strategies. Participants will learn how to build strong relationships with clients, align their goals with personal values, and help them achieve significant results. During the program, participants will be invited through practical training, group discussions, and hands-on experience with the role of coach or client. Ultimately, they will go through rigorous evaluations and assessments to earn their internationally recognized ECPC credentials.

To obtain the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the programs provided focus on developing advanced coaching competencies. The program involves an in-depth understanding of coaching codes of ethics and ICF standards, as well as enhanced use of coaching tools and techniques. Participants will apply their knowledge in realistic coaching scenarios, with an emphasis on building trust, supporting client growth, and achieving desired results. This program also emphasizes the importance of self-development as a coach, including personal reflection, continuous learning, and effective supervision. Upon completion of the program and passing the final evaluation, participants will be awarded the internationally recognized PCC credential, demonstrating their competency as a professional coach.
